Final Week of the Regular Season on Pegasus - and Tournament Coverage

Tuesday, 2/18/14 -  The South Oldham Lady Dragons play host to the #2-ranked Anderson County Lady Bearcats, who feature not one, but two of the top five players in the running for KY Miss Basketball, Eriel McKee and MacKenzie Cann.    Christy Higdon's South teams always rise to the occasion in big games; they'll need to do so again on Tuesday against the 8th Region favorites.  PSN pregame starts at 7 pm.

Thursday, 2/20/14 - It's "OC" vs. "OC" as the Oldham County Colonels host the Owen County Rebels.   The Colonels entered this week winners of 9 straight and hope to maintain the momentum headed into the post-season.    Owen County, which has already played the other two Oldham schools, edging North Oldham by six and losting to South Oldham by 12, is looking for a signature victory in what has been a solid season for the Rebels.   The Pegasus pregame show starts at 7 pm.

Friday, 2/21/14 - North Oldham Mustangs vs. the DeSales Colts.    For North, this final week is a chance to reverse recent fortunes and enter the playoffs on an uptick.   For DeSales, this week is all about survival; this will be their third of four games in the final week of the season.    PSN goes on-air at 7 pm.


District 29 girls/boys tournaments -   PSN will broadcast every game in the girls' and boys' 29th District tournaments.   TUESDAY, 2/25/14 - 5:30 pm pregame show, 6 pm #1 seed Oldham County Lady Colonels vs. #4 seed North Oldham.   Immediately afterward (about 7:30), #1 seed South Oldham boys vs. #4 seed Trimble County.    WEDNESDAY, 2/26/14 - 5:30 pm pregame show, 6 pm South Oldham Lady Dragons vs. Trimble County Lady Raiders.   Immediately afterward, Oldham County boys vs North Oldham.     FRIDAY, 2/28/14 - pregame show at 5:30 pm.    Girls' championship at 6 pm.   Boys' championship immediately following around 7:45ish.

Region 8 girls/boys tournaments - The Pegasus Sports Network will broadcast each and every game, regardless of who is playing, in the girls' 8th Region tournament (live from Grant County HS) and the boys' 8th Region tournament (live from Henry County HS).   Pregame shows will begin 30 minutes prior to the tip of the first game each night.
